Jiger brings over 27 years of global experience leading high-impact technology programs across organizations such as Microsoft, ThoughtWorks, Teradata, and Civica. At Microsoft, he led the delivery of business-critical programs across public sector and financial services customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction through consistent delivery excellence. At ThoughtWorks and Teradata, he was instrumental in transforming delivery models, enabling Agile and DevOps capabilities at scale, and driving innovation across global delivery centers. Most recently at Civica, he spearheaded the development of enterprise SaaS products and led distributed teams across India, the UK, and Australia.
