Throughout the project, LumenData’s MDM specialists conducted bi-weekly knowledge transfer sessions to enable the customer team to manage the solution independently after an 11-week QuickStart Program.
The team implemented a standardized Supplier Status across all data sources, established a consistent hierarchy structure, and performed data cleansing and standardization processes. They also introduced an Enterprise Reference Data model to address inconsistent reference data across legacy sources.
