Nissan Drives Customer Experience with LumenData

Nissan Motor Company recently selected LumenData as their partner for data management transformation.

 

The global automotive company is working with LumenData to improve their customer experience by deploying Informatica C360i as their customer data platform. Nissan will be sourcing data from up to 10 discrete applications, all in real-time. But the biggest challenges are due to the data being both encrypted and in Japanese. LumenData will be leading the project to deploy C360i, configure Nissan’s required dashboards, and create custom workflows.
